The World We All Remember

Inside all of us is an endless supply of creative potential.

Sadly, in our lifetimes, so many of us fail to realise this.

We choose, instead, to remain imprisoned by the thoughts that only limit us. We adopt beliefs and believe the stories that tell us that we aren’t good enough; that we are too loud, or too quiet, or too stupid to achieve anything.

So, we stay small. We hide our gifts and refuse to be seen in all our light.

We might show glimpses of our creative abilities, but usually only to ourselves or those closest to us.

What would the world look like if we all decided to shine our light without fear of judgment or further shame?

What if we all chose to share words that uplifted others and brought out their gifts and abilities?

This is a world that I have been dreaming of for a while — a world where love, peace, acceptance, and non-judgment rule over all.

A world in which we are all aware of the thoughts and projections of the ego that wants to bring another down and extinguish their flame.

A world in which we stop to take a breath before casting our spells into the world and harming another to empower ourselves.

A world in which we recognise that everyone is a reflection of parts of ourselves; therefore, when we see their talents, we are recognising our own.

One of the great tragedies of our current existence is that we aren’t educated about the spiritual dimension of our human existence — we aren’t taught about the common thread that weaves us all together and binds us at our core.

If we were to collectively understand that we are all part of the same whole, then wouldn’t it become the new norm to help others reach their potential rather than trying to hinder them?

What might we become, I ask, with this kind of collective awareness?

As you go about your day, I encourage you to reflect on the questions I have asked.

Think about all the times when your light has been dimmed by the words and projections of another.

Perhaps you have, too, been the one speaking the words that limited someone.

Maybe now is a good time to offer your hand of forgiveness to yourself for your unconscious actions.

I invite you to recall the feelings of shame and embarrassment you felt when you were courageous enough to share your gifts with the world, and they weren’t recognised.

Maybe now is a good time to remember that you are the only source of validation you’ll ever need.

As you ponder my thoughts, perhaps you would like to spend a few minutes visualising the world that I have described, remembering that you have the power to create your reality, and together, we have the power to create OUR new reality.

Inside of us all is an abundant supply of creative energy. Let’s use this powerful energy with intention and co-create the world we all remember.
